Suntrust’s Team Seascape Hydra X partners with Operation Smile PH Foundation

SUNTRUST’s Team Seascape Hydra has partnered with NGO Operation Smile Philippines Foundation, Inc. in a bid to support children with cleft lip and palate through sponsoring their surgeries / operations and help paint a smile on their faces

Suntrust, through this program, becomes a permanent part of a better future and happy days ahead of these children. The medical operation will improve the child’s physical features, food intake, and speech which will further boost their self-confidence.

Through the valuable help of sponsors, this program will be able to shoulder five children. Each surgery costs P 40,000.00 and by the end of the season, they hope to help more as they continue to seek and gather resources.

As a culminating activity or Fun Day, they were taken to a museum tour together with their parents which was topped off with a sing and dance performance from the team before dining altogether and sharing lunch. This Fun Day served as a send-off party to the first five children who undergone the surgery.

October 19 marked the beginning of the rest of their lives and SPI, through Team Seascape Hydra couldn’t be any happier to be part of each of their journey. These kids will be living testaments of how much Suntrust is willing to give back.
