Signal No. 3 up in 13 areas in Cagayan as ‘Ramon’ heads toward Babuyan -- Pagasa

SIGNAL No. 3 was raised in 13 areas in Cagayan as Typhoon "Ramon" continued to move slowly, almost stationary, toward Babuyan Island on Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

The affected areas are Santa Praxedes, Claveria, Sanchez Mira, Pamplona, Abulug, Ballesteros, Aparri, Calayan, Camalaniugan, Buguey, Santa Teresita, Gonzaga, and Santa Ana.
