Signal No. 3 up in Cagayan as ‘Ramon’ heads slowly to Babuyan -- Pagasa

SIGNAL No. 3 is up in Northern Cagayan as typhoon "Ramon" heads slowly toward Babuyan Island where it was forecast to make landfall later on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Signal No. 2 was raised in Batanes, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and the rest of Cagayan.
