LEGAZPI CITY: The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) ordered the temporary suspension of bus trips in Metro Manila bus terminals bound for the Bicol, Visayas and Mindanao regions as Typhoon “Tisoy” (international name: “Kamurri”) on Sunday threatened the southern part of the country.
Kammuri was named Typhoon Tisoy after it entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday.
