HONG KONG: Tens of thousands of black-clad protesters flooded into the streets of Hong Kong on Sunday, ending a brief election lull and demanding the government make concessions after pro-democracy candidates won a landslide victory.
The protests come a day after police clashed briefly with demonstrators, firing tear gas for the first time since the November 24 district council elections.
