Cayetano, as per Butch’s information, works out a P6-billion allocation for the 2019 SEAG. Toward end of 2018, Cayetano becomes lead chairman of the ad hoc committee for the formation of the Phisgoc, apparently for preparing and actual conduct and supervision of the 2019 SEAG — but effectively for serving as conduit for that enormous allocation for the sports event.
