MUNTINLUPA City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi on Tuesday ordered a pre-emptive evacuation of residents living near Laguna Lake in Muntinlupa and other flood-prone areas in anticipation of Typhoon "Tisoy."
In a statement, the city government said that at least 704 families or 2,454 individuals were evacuated as the city braced for strong winds and torrential rains.
