A COUPLE of Yellowtard senators and a recently retired Supreme Court justice said Chinese control of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) is a cause for concern, i.e., the Chinese partner in the NGCP could take control of the Philippines’ power grid and compromise national security.
