CLASSES were suspended in most of Luzon and the Visayas on Tuesday as typhoon “Tisoy” makes landfall in Sorsogon, bringing strong winds and rain to the affected areas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
