Typhoon “Tisoy” (international name: ”Kammuri”) ripped off roofs, uprooted trees and knocked down power in the Bicol region and shut off the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City as it unleashed intense rain and powerful winds on Tuesday.
