Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez, once more, presents the Seal of Child Friendly Local Governance during Monday’s (November 25) flag raising ceremony held in Parañaque City. PARANAQUE City was conferred for the third time since 2015, with such a prestigious award for passing the 2018 child friendly local governance audit conducted by the DILG in partnership with the council for the welfare for the children (CWC) and the DSWD. The seal, bestowed only last April 10, 2018 was in recognition of Paranaque City remarkable performance in the implementation of Child friendly programs that promote the well-being of children in the city. Among which include the right of children to survival, development, protection and participation.
