Investors pocketed profits on Thursday after inflation in November accelerated from a month earlier, prompting the local bourse to drop for the third consecutive trading day.

The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) dropped by 0.32 percent or 25.02 points to finish at 7,790.91 while the wider All Shares slid 0.37 percent or 17.18 points to close at 4,640.63.
