‘Skywalker Experience’ rises at BGC this weekend

May the force be with you!

Fans of the epic “Star Wars” movie franchise who can hardly wait for the latest full-length adventure to open in cinemas on December 20 will be thrilled to know that Globe Telecom is mounting a two-day “Fan Force Weekend” on December 7 and 8 at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater at the Bonifacio Global City.

Actress Daisy Ridley leads the cast of the new ‘Star Wars’ movie

“Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker,” which is set to hit movie screens five days before Christmas, is the latest and last chapter of one of the most iconic sagas in movie history. The Star Wars original trilogy, prequels and stand-alone movies in between have made the Star Wars stories one of the most followed movie events in the last 40-plus years. Fan following has crossed over generations to inspire genres, tech, games, merchandize, toys, music, philosophical thoughts and even ways of life.

Globe has therefore endeavored level up the Star Wars experience of loyal subscribers and customers at the Fan Force event with the franchise’s beloved characters, droid, ships and more.

Adults and kids are in for various games, activities and promos, among them the Jedi Academy Training where participants will get to wield iconic lightsabers in real life as well as photo sessions with iconic Star Wars characters.

Moreover, an orchestra will be on hand throughout the fun-filled days playing all-time favorite Star Wars songs and a one-of-a-kind light show, all rising right in BGC this weekend.
