THE operator of the Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) expects to exceed its revenue target for full-year 2019 on higher traffic volume, its top official said.
Cavitex Infrastructure Corp. (CIC) President Roberto Bontia said the company’s topline for the year would reach P2 billion to P2.2 billion.
