A retired policeman was killed in an anti-illegal drug operation in Quezon City on Monday, police reported.
Tirso Agustin Lactaotao, 48, was shot dead in the operation conducted by the Philippine National Police - Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group in Barangay Novaliches Proper at 12:25 am.
