ZAMBOANGA CITY: The San Ramon Regional Correctional Facility (SRRCF) recently received close to P1 billion for the rehabilitation and improvement of the San Ramon Penal Colony at Barangay Talisayan in this city.
SRRCF Supt. Robert Veneracion said the amount was released by the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) after he earlier submitted the necessary master development plan (MDP) to the bureau.
