NLEX Corp., a unit of Metro Pacific Tollways Corp., is proposing to build a P16-billion elevated road connecting Harbor Link and Anda Circle near Manila’s port area.
Romulo Quimbo Jr., chief communications officer of NLEX Corp., said the company submitted on Monday its offer to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), which seeks to create an elevated 5.1-kilometer link from C3 corner Navotas interchange to Anda Circle.
