BAGUIO CITY: Police have launched a hot pursuit operation against a gunman who shot and killed a retired agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday morning along Marcos Highway.
City Police Director Col. Allen Rae Co identified the victim as Samuel Lopez Mora, 58, married, and a native of Zambales, but was residing at Cuanso Road, Santo Nono, Bakakeng Central, Baguio City.
