THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said on Tuesday that 256 local chief executives are for constitutional reform.
“So, we expect more and more people will come to support our call in the other 21 provinces we have not yet visited,” DILG spokesman and Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said in a statement.
