UDENNA Corp. has notified the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) of its acquisition of a stake in the Malampaya gas field in offshore Palawan, according to the antitrust body’s top official.
“Sa Malampaya, meron na palang... nasa (it is now in the) sufficiency determination stage. Nag-submit na sila, pero tinitignan kung kumpleto na ‘yung mga papers (They already submitted the requirements, but the PCC is reviewing if their papers are complete),” PCC Chairman Arsenio Balisacan said on Wednesday.
