MALACAÑANG on Thursday congratulated all the athletes from the 11 participating nations who competed at the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games which was dominated by the Philippines for the second time in the sporting event's history.

In a statement, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said all the SEA Games participants brought "pride and honor" to their respective nations.
