Rey is referring in particular to a special kind of alkaline powder called GetMe-Ap discovered by Dr. Sevillo B. Tamayo, a former movie extra in action films-turned-veteran and leading herbalist-scientist in the country who recently has been nominated to the Guinness World Records by the Asia Pacific Excellence Awards.
