THE Manila Veterinary Inspection Board (VIB) on Friday presented to Manila Mayor Francisco Domagoso 3 tons of smuggled Peking duck amounting P10 million.
According to VIB chief Dr. Nicanor Santos Jr., the meat was confiscated by the board during a surveillance operation on December 11 at Minfei Yang Co. located along Kalakal Street corner Capulong Street, Navotas City.
