The chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriations assured the proposed P4.1-trillion 2020 national budget has no “pork,” “parked funds” or last-minute insertions.
“The 2020 General Appropriations Bill (GAB) approved by the bicameral conference committee is a powerful tool that will help deliver President [Rodrigo] Duterte’s goal of a safe and comfortable life for all,” Davao City Third District Rep. Isidro Ungab said in a statement issued on Friday.
