SAN Miguel Corp. (SMC) hopes the government can fast-track the proposed elevated expressway along the congested EDSA as the conglomerate giant targets to begin its construction by mid-2020.
Ramon Ang, SMC president and chief operating officer, told reporters recently that the company already submitted all the needed requirements to the Department of Transportation (DoTr).
