President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered concerned government agencies to provide help to quake victims 24/7 “to make sure that everyone is safe and are ready for possible aftershocks," Malacañang said on Monday.

Duterte made the directive following the 6.9-magnitude quake that jolted Davao del Sur on Sunday.
