3 BIFF terrorists surrender to military

SHARIFF AGUAK, Maguindanao: Three members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) surrendered t o the military last Wednesday and handed over to government troops their undocumented firearms.

Maj. Gen. Diosdado Carreon, commander of the 6th Infantry Division, on Sunday said Ustadz Yasser Saligan or Morsid, a BIFF member under the Karialan Faction, together with Norudin Dalinding and Omar Tatang, all residents of Sitio Balagon, Barangay Midpandacan, General Salipada K. Pendatun municipality in Maguindanao, surrendered, bringing along one M14 rifle with one magazine; one M1 Garand rifle; and several rounds of ammunition.
