TWO people died and about 20 were injured after a truck loaded with sand lost control and ploughed through several vehicles in Mendez, Cavite on Tuesday, police reported.
Based on the report of Cavite Provincial Police Office (PPO) sent to Camp Crame, the fatalities were identified as Rolando Ligsa and Roger Santos.
