THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday suspended the Pasig River Ferry operations because of bad weather caused by severe tropical storm “Ursula” (international name: Phanfone).
In an advisory sent to reporters, MMDA said that operations would resume on December 26.
