KAMPO RANAO, Marawi City: With 2019 coming to a close, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana reportedly said the department and its attached agencies made excellent strides in improving the country’s peace and stability.
“Let me express my thanks and gratitude to the men and women of the department for the work we have done together to accomplish our mission. The dedication of the military and uniformed personnel of the [Department of National Defense, or DND] is manifested in the excellent accomplishments for the year, significantly contributing to the peace and stability in the whole country,” Lorenzana noted in his year-end message forwarded to reporters.
