THE Japanese government has offered to share its expertise in disaster response and risk reduction to the Philippines, the Department of Finance (DoF) announced on Thursday.
The Finance department said Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi expressed his sympathies to the victims of the recent earthquakes in Mindanao and offered his country’s expertise and experience in disaster response and risk reduction.
