SEN. Juan Edgardo Angara on Sunday said Congress allotted P176 million to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to improve the Pasig River ferry system.
Angara believes that the Pasig ferry system can help ease traffic congestion in Metro Manila.
