PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has vowed to go after Sen. Franklin Drilon if it would be proven that he was involved in the government’s alleged irregular contracts with two water companies.
The President made the statement amid the government’s plan to sign a new deal with Maynilad Services, Inc. and Manila Water Inc. after claiming that their existing contracts were "onerous" and therefore "null and void."
