Kobe Paras of University of the Philippines and 2019 Southeast Asian Games gold medalist Jaime de Lange will throw their support to the Special Olympics Philippines, helping athletes with intellectual disabilities nationwide to pursue their dreams in sports.
“I have been a role model to a lot of people and a lot of kids. So, with this partnership with the Special Olympics, I’m more than willing to support the athletes and give them advise,” Paras told reporters during a news conference organized by Chooks-to-Go on Tuesday in Discovery Suites in Ortigas.
