The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (Searca) through its Biotechnology Information Center has started to familiarize farmers with biotechnology, first by organizing a Farmers’ Forum on Biotechnology on Dec. 19, 2019 at the agency’s headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna.
