WASHINGTON, D.C.: The United States and China still have a long way to go to resolve their trade disputes, although the “phase one” trade deal they signed earlier this week is a step forward, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said on Friday (Saturday in Manila).
