The government has already marked over 2 billion liters of petroleum products under its fuel marking program, Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd reported over the weekend.
Citing Bureau of Customs (BoC) data, Dominguez told reporters in a message that as of January 18 this year, the total volume of fuels marked by the BoC hit 2.05 billion.
