TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite: In light of an influx of evacuees from Batangas fleeing the eruption of Taal Volcano and eventually seeking refuge in neighboring Cavite, the latter’s provincial government said it would accept donations to augment its capacity to provide for affected families and communities.
