Harrison Chua Gue is one of four senior vice presidents of the Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (MBTC). On Jan. 13, 2020, he reported in an amended initial statement that he does not own an MBTC share.
A public ownership report (POR) as of Dec. 31, 2019 confirmed this because he was not listed as holder of the bank’s common share. Only eight of MBTC’s executives held a total of 461,886 common shares, or 0.01 percent of 4,497,415,555 outstanding shares, according to the POR.
