FIVE oil companies have already implemented the third and last tranche of fuel excise tax under the tax reform law, according to the latest data from the Department of Energy (DoE).
In a message, DoE Oil Industry Management Bureau Director Rino Abad said the firms were Chevron Philippines Inc. (formerly Caltex), Petro Gazz Ventures Corp., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., PTT Philippines Corp., and Seaoil Philippines Inc.
