AT LEAST 3.7 million tourists visited Intramuros, Manila in 2019, which means there were 1,200 to 1,300 visitors in the walled city each day last year, according to Guiller Asido, head of the Intramuros Administration.
In an interview with The Manila Times, Asido said 2019 saw the highest number of visitors, topping the 2 million recorded in 2018.
