Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Sunday ordered the arrest of the man seen on a video that went viral defecating in a park in Intramuros, Manila.
Domagoso ordered Manila Police District’s Special Mayor’s Reaction Team chief Maj. Rosalino Ibay Jr. to conduct a manhunt operation after seeing the photo of a foreigner defecating on a clay pot at Baluarte de Dilao in Intramuros.
