DepEd, DoST ink deal with Comelec

THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will partner with the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) in the selection and training of teachers who will serve as election inspectors in May.

The Education department will spearhead the process of selecting teachers, while the DoST will be in charge of their training and certification as required under the Automated Election Law.
