The Department of Justice (DoJ) has widened the scope of its study on the possible rescission of the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) to include its impact on the country.
Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Monday said the Office of the President wanted to know the preliminary impact assessment on the termination of the said treaty.
