COTABATO CITY: A student of Mindanao State University (MSU) was killed in a clash between troops of the 82nd Infantry Battalion and members of a local terrorist group at the boundary of the municipalities of Balindong and Piagapo in Lanao del Sur on Friday afternoon.
The military had tagged the student as a local terrorist.
