PHNOM PENH: Cambodia recorded 80 casualties caused by landmines and explosive remnants of war (ERW) across the country last year. This is an increase of more than 30 percent compared to 2018.

According to the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) report issued Wednesday, from January to December last year, there were 77 landmines/ERW casualties, an increase of 33 percent compared with 58 casualties reported in 2018.
