DIEHARD supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte should make up their minds. Either they take offense at any accusations that the President is becoming a tyrant and call out his actions that indicate that he is embarking on a path that could make him one, or they go on cheering him as he emasculates institutions and just proudly agree that he is, and that there should be no problem. You cannot take shelter in the nuances of democracy when you are ready to tolerate the tyrannical tendencies of a leader.
