ABS-CBN must make its case before Congress, the Supreme Court and the public

ABS-CBN Corp. will do its petition for the renewal of its broadcasting franchise a world of good if it argues its case point by point, according to first principles, instead of launching 24/7 on its broadcast channels the propaganda line claiming the renewal of its franchise is a matter of fundamental freedoms, principally the freedom of the press.
