THE Sandiganbayan's Sixth Division threw out nine falsification cases filed against Mayor Sajid Ampatuan of Shariff Saydona Mustapha town in Maguindanao.
The cases were among those filed before the anit-graft court by the Office of the Ombudsman in 2017 against several individuals in connection with the supposed purchase of construction and lumber materials for school building repairs from suppliers that were allegedly fictitious and/or non-existent in 2009.
