Thirty volcanic earthquakes, weak plume emission and “below instrumental detection” sulfur dioxide (SO2) emission have been observed in Taal, Batangas for the past 24 hours, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said Wednesday.
